This package is ideal for couples who are taking care of all the planning details (i.e., vendor selection, budget, design and planning management) and are looking for assistance to bring their hard work and vision to fruition!

Once the timeline is finished, our team will connect with vendors, and invite you to take a few deep breaths (probably you haven’t been able to do that for a while) and enjoy the weeks leading up to the big day.

When the event day arrives, we will be there to guarantee everything goes exactly as planned, troubleshooting any hiccups and offering unwavering support.

PHASE 1 - Pre-Event Consultation
 

  • Main communications begin 4-6 weeks before the event date

  • Initial one hour meeting to discuss your vision and review existing plans, timelines, and vendor details

  • Creation of a detailed timeline for the day

  • Up to 8-20 hours of phone, email or in-person availability during the planning process

PHASE 3 - Venue Management
 

  • Coordination with the venue staff to ensure everything is set up according to plan

  • Management of any venue-related logistics, such as parking and guest accommodations

PHASE 2 - Vendor Coordination
 

  • Ensuring that all vendors arrive on time and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule

  • Distribution of the timeline and event details to all vendors

  • Serving as the main point of contact for vendors on the day of the event

  • 1-hour Wedding Rehearsal at the venue

PHASE 4 - Event Day Management
 

  • 6-8 hours on-site assistance on your wedding day

  • Managing the flow of the event

  • Greeting, guiding, and assisting guests

  • Oversight of the setup, styling and décor

  • Access to checklist and “emergency kit” to ensure no important detail is overlooked

  • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day
