From vendor recommendations, monthly rendezvous, and budget oversight we’ll be there every step of the way to support, empower and share resources you need to make decisions that reflect your vision. When your day arrives, the planner will be on-site ensuring your day runs smoothly and effortlessly.

This package includes all the perks of the Day-of Coordination service plus to 18+ hours of consultations.

  • Collaborating on the overall design concept, including color schemes, décor, and floral arrangements

  • Guidance on cohesive design elements for a unified look

PHASE 6 - Logistical Planning & Event Day

  • Guest logistics assistance (accommodations, trave...)

  • Creating a contingency plan for unexpected situations

  • Vendor management for up to three services (venue, catering, décor, entertainment, photography, videography, commissioner, floral arrangements, hair + makeup, etc.)
